All orders placed on this website will constitute an offer capable of acceptance by us; each order if accepted by us shall constitute a separate severable contract.

For reasons beyond our control to execute any orders, Aussie lamp centre reserve the right to cancel any or all orders without reason

If for any reason orders are incomplete on the site, Aussie lamp centre reserves the right to refuse execution of orders and will contact the buyer

Should you cancel the order for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a "restocking fee" which will be an amount equivalent to 30% of the price payable by you including delivery and collection costs.
