Delivery of Goods

We make the best effort to get products delivered within the estimated timescales; however delays are unexpected and inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Aussie Lamp Centre shall not be held responsible for any delays.

Lead time is largely dependent upon the availability of products. When items are in stock, lead times are generally 3 to 5 business days. However, as product availability is dependent on current demand, delivery times can vary and no standard lead time can be guaranteed

All estimated delivery times are calculated from the time an order leaves our warehouse, not from the time the order was placed

 Delivery off all items requires a signature of acceptance, apart from DOA (Dead on arrival). Items will not be left without an authorised signature.  If for any reason we cannot complete delivery, Aussie Lamp Centre has the right to charge freight for redelivery off the goods

Mode Of Shipment	Dispatching of Goods	Delivery Time
	For all orders placed before 11.30 am, same day dispatch  which will be chargeable provided stock is available	1 to 2 business days
	For all orders placed after 11.30 am on the same day, dispatch of goods will happen the next day provided stocks is available	3 to 5 business days
	For all orders placed on the same day and if in stock dispatch can happen on the same day	Customers can pick up from our centre - Call 03 85487841 to enquire

Aussie Lamp Centre reserves the right to change these Delivery & shipping mode at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the site with no other notice provided.
