2) Shipping & Delivery- We offer a hassle-free, on-demand delivery service to all the clients across Australia. And, we also provide them with the provision for tracking the order. But if you have any complaints, queries, or requests related to our delivery service, then feel free to contact us.

3) Return & Replacement- We request all the customers to place their order carefully by checking the product’s description. In case, you purchase the wrong product, then it may or may not be returned depending, depending on various conditions.

Therefore, contact us to check if your product is returnable before purchase. If your item is returnable, then a restocking fee may be applied.

4) Dead on Arrival Policy- We try our best to provide you with high-quality products delivered in a timely manner. But if a product delivered to you turns out to be faulty, then it can be returned to us within 5 days of placing an order. For placing a return request, you need to provide us with an original Invoice as proof of purchase.

5) Warranty Claim- All projector lamps in our stock comes with a warranty. If the product purchased by you expired within the warranty period, then you can approach us. We will repair the product or replace it with a similar product. However, we won’t be able to support you if the damage happed due to neglect or mishandling.
